Warp Knitting:

Knitting is two types: warp knitting and weft knitting. In a warp knitted structure each loop in the horizontal direction is made from a different thread. The sweater is made by these warp knitting techniques. Warp knitted fabric is knitted at a constant continuous width, although it is possible to knit a large number of narrow width fabrics within a needle bed width, usually separating them after finishing. Process Flow Chart of Warp Knitting Process is as follows:

Warp knitted fabric is formed from a yarn system called ”the warp”. All ends supplied from the same warp sheet normally have identical lapping movements because each is lapped by a guide attached to the same guide bar. The warp yarns, after forming loops in one course, pass into the following course, and, as a rule, the number of loops formed in the course is the same as the umber of yarns in the warp. Due to this, loop formation in warp knitted fabric features the presence of links connecting the loops in the adjacent courses.

Objective:

The main objective of warping is to prepare a warp sheet of the desired length containing the desired number of yarns that are wrapped on a flanged barrel in such a manner that tension in each yarn and density of yarn mass in the cylindrical assembly is maintained within a given tolerance level throughout the wrapping of the warp beam. By warping process yarn quality increase, wound up the fixed length of yarn on weavers beam. Increase the wearability of yarn. In this process, small packages can re-use. After all, increase production. The process of warping is dedicated to the conversion of cones into a beam of given specifications.
